Project Management
Our Project Management experience covers schemes with construction values in excess of £7.5m. We approach each project on its own merits and are equally adept at managing small maintenance/refurbishment works as we are a multimillion pound, multi-discipline project.

Approach
We actively engage with our clients at project inception, defining the processes to enable successful project delivery. These include:-
-
Developing and agreeing the project brief
-
Selecting and advising on the design team
-
Advising and managing the project programme
-
Managing the risk register
-
Chairing and minuting meetings
-
Stakeholder management
-
Construction phase monitoring
-
Project handover and completion.

Contract Administration
Our belief is that the role of the contract administrator is crucial to the successful delivery of a project and is therefore intrinsically linked to the management of a project. As contract administrator, we can undertake the following activities:-
-
Advise on procurement route and contractor selection
-
Chair project meetings with selected contractor
-
Review payment applications and issue recommendations
-
Draft and issue contract instructions to record change
-
Issue certificates at key project stages
-
Issue contract notices as necessary.

Programme Management

Our experience of construction work enables us to assess and advise on construction timescales and, where necessary, their phasing.
We analyse the construction programme and ensure that it is suitable for the working environment, considering both health and safety matters and project delivery.

We monitor and report works progress against programme, highlighting any deviation. Where necessary we pursue corrective measures from the building contractor.
Site Inspections
We believe that regular site inspections are key to successful project delivery.

In undertaking our inspections, we review safety, quality control, compliance and progress. Our inspections provide the client with an up-to-date assessment of the scheme at any point in time, ensuring that any necessary corrective measures can be swiftly implemented.
