We are adept at providing initial budget estimates, obtaining contractors tenders, reporting on tenders, processing payment applications and managing change control. We utilise BCIS and recent tender data to ensure our cost control process is always up to date.

We assess and analyse potential project risk, ensuring our clients can properly budget for a project, reducing the risk of financial overspend. We regularly report on project cost and review project risks to ensure they are mitigated at every opportunity.
